根据1951年6月政府委员会决议，确定财政部组织；
经财政部长提议，并经政府委员会通过；
现发布命令如下：
条一
任命下列人员：
- 郑文炳兼任中央税务局局长，
- 阮林和郑荷氏任中央税务局副局长，自1951年7月1日起。
条二
财政部长依照命令执行。
