越南民主共和国主席

根据一九五一年六月政务院决议，规定财政部组织；

经政务院通过，根据财政部部长提议；

现发布命令如下：

自一九五一年七月一日起任命陶善祺为预算局局长。

条二

财政部部长依照本削令执行。
