关于成立并发布定安定经济区管理规定的事项
定安定经济区，茶荣省

国务院总理
根据2001年12月25日《政府组织法》；
根据二〇〇六年九月二十二日国务院令第108号《关于实施〈投资法〉的若干具体规定和指导意见》；
根据二〇〇八年三月十四日国务院令第29号《关于工业区、出口加工区和经济区的规定》；
经计划与投资部部长和茶荣省人民委员会主席提议，
决定：
本通知附带制定地质基础调查、矿产地质调查和矿产勘查钻探工程经济和技术定额。 成立茶荣省定安定经济区。第一阶段面积为15403.7公顷。
条 2. 随本决定发布定安定经济区管理规定。
条 3. 本决定自二〇〇九年六月二十二日起生效。
组织实施 各部部长、相当于部长的各机关首长、政府各机关首长、茶荣省人民委员会主席负责执行本决定。/。
