关于发布临时规定
若干预防和处理违反行为的措施
在向国外派遣劳务领域
劳动和社会保障部部长
根据总技师长的建议。
根据国务院令第07/CP号一九九九年一月二十日关于《劳动法》中若干条款的具体规定的法令，涉及派遣越南劳动者到国外工作；
鉴于外劳管理总局局长的提议，
决定
第一条： 现发布本决定所附的临时规定，若干预防和处理在向国外派遣劳务和专家领域中的违反行为的措施。
第二条：本决定自签发之日起十五日后生效。
第三条：部办公厅主任、外劳管理总局局长、部属各单位负责人、向国外派遣劳务和专家有期限工作的各企业总经理负责执行本决定。
