勒令

第87号 1946年5月30日

越南民主共和国政务院主席

根据1945年8月28日关于成立越南民主共和国政府的公告；

根据第62号1946年5月8日法令，规定农业部办公厅、事务处和局的职务；

根据第63号1946年5月8日法令，任命办公厅、事务处和农业部局的人员；

根据农林部部长的建议，并经政务院协商一致后；

 

颁布如下命令：

条一款

现任命工程师陶善祺担任越南民主共和国农业部各局总监察员。

条二款

农林部部长负责执行本令。
