第94号 1946年6月4日
越南民主共和国政府主席
根据第82号指令，于1946年5月29日任命胡秋谅为内务部部长，在胡志明主席前往法国期间处理政府事务；
根据第93号指令，于1946年6月4日任命朱霸凤加入赴巴黎代表团；
经政府委员会协商一致后，
颁布如下命令：
条一
现任命阮长龙为国民经济部顾问。
条二
国民经济部部长负责执行本指令。
