제 118/SL 호 1950년 7월 11일
사회주의 베트남 민주공화국 대통령
1945년 11월 14일 정부회의의 결의에 따라 농무부 설립;
1945년 12월 4일 제 69-SL 호 특령에 따라 임업청을 농무부로 편입;
1950년 5월 14일 제 69-SL 호 특령에 따라 임업청을 수림청으로 명칭 변경;
1950년 1월 20일 제 7-SL 호 특령에 따라 각 부서 및 그 산하 기관의 조직을 재정비하고, 각 부서 및 청, 소, 연구소의 관리직 임명 규정도 함께 정함;
농무부 장관의 건의를 받아들여 정부회의가 승인함.
특령을 선포함.
조 1: 이제 검사 수림급 4등으로 재직 중인 응이 엄 신 타이에게 수림청 부청장 직위를 임명한다.
조 2: 농무부 장관은 이 특령을 집행함.
