||| 2001년 12월 25일 「정부조직법」에 의거
베트남 외국인 출입국, 체류 법령(2000년 4월 28일)에 의거;
내무부 장관과 외교부 장관의 건의를 검토함,
결정함에 있어서:
조 1. 외국에 정착한 베트남 국민을 위한 비자 면제 규정을 제정한다.
조 2. 본 결정은 2007년 9월 1일부터 효력이 발생한다.
조 3. 각 부 장관, 중앙 정부 기관 수장, 중앙 정부 소속 기관 수장 및 중앙 직할 성 시 인민위원회 주석은 본 결정의 집행에 대한 책임을 진다./.
