임시정부 주석 베트남 민주공화국
교육부 장관의 요청에 따라,
다음과 같이 특령을 발표함.
제一款: 도덕 쑤크를 국립교육부 사무총리로 임명한다.
제二款: Phạm Lợi를 국립교육부 사무장으로 임명한다.
제三款: 교육부 장관, 내무부 장관 및 재정부 장관은 각각의 권한 범위에서 본 특령을 집행한다./.
