사회주의 공화국 베트남 주석

1953년 4월 30일 제 156-SL 호에 의거, 공정처를 설립함;

교통공정부 장관의 건의를 받아 정부회의가 승인한 바에 따라,

특 려 급 함:

조 1: 이제 공정기술사 응우옌 느우 카이(Nguyễn Như Quí)를 공정처장으로 임명함.

조 2: 교통공정부 장관은 본 특령에 따라 집행함.
