정부총리가 2004년 8월 24일 제155/2004/QĐ-TTg 호로 발부한 국가기업 및 독립계정 기업 분류 기준 및 목록에 관한 정부총리 결정에 의거함
라오카이 성 인민위원회의 건의를 검토함
결정함에 있어서:
조 1. 라오카이 성 인민위원회 소속 국유기업 재구성 및 개혁 방안을 2005-2006년도에 조정 승인함. 부록 참조.
조 2. 라오카이 성 인민위원회 주석은 다음과 같은 책임을 지니며:
1. 법령 및 승인된 내용에 따라 국유기업 재구성을 지시함.
2. 정부총리가 2004년 8월 24일 제155/2004/QĐ-TTg 호로 발부한 국가기업 분류 기준에 근거하여 국유기업 민영화 시 국가 지분 비율을 결정함.
조 3. 재무부, 계획투자부, 내무부, 노동-사회보장부 및 관련 기관은 라오카이 성 인민위원회와 협력하여 본 결정을 집행함.
기업개혁 및 발전 지휘부는 본 결정의 집행을 촉진하고 지도하며 모니터링함.
조 4. 표준화 측정 품질총국은 이 결정에 첨부된 "바코드 번호 발급, 사용 및 관리에 관한 규정"의 시행을 조직하고 지도할 책임이 있다.
라오카이 성 인민위원회 주석과 관련 기관의 책임자는 본 결정을 집행함./.
