구조구급 활동에 대한 재정 관리 규정 제정

국무총리

1992년 9월 30일 법률 제정된 정부조직법을 근거로 하여;

공중 및 해상 구조구급 국가위원회 주석과 국방부장관의 건의에 따라.

다음과 같이 결정한다.

조 1. 본 결정 부속으로 임시 재정 관리 규정을 제정한다.

조 2. 본 결정은 발효일로부터 효력이 발생한다.

조 3. 각 장관, 중앙부처에 준하는 기관장, 정부 소속 기관장, 지방자치단체의 시장 및 군수, 공중 및 해상 구조구급 국가위원회 주석은 본 결정을 이행할 책임이 있다.
