베트남 민주공화국 국가主席
국방부 장관 겸 인민군 총사령관의 건의에 따라,
사령을 발하함으로써 다음과 같이 명령한다.
조 1: 대좌 왕 thùa vũ, 대대장 제308대대는 이제 소장을 승진한다.
조 2: 국방부 장관 겸 베트남 인민군 총사령관은 본 사령을 시행한다.
