농민신용협동조합 모델 조례 발효에 관한 규정

농업협동조합법 2001년 3월 20일996,

명령에 의하여
조례 제정. 본 조례는 이 조례와 함께 첨부된 농민신용협동조합 모델 조례를 발효한다.
제2조. 은행총재는 본 조례의 시행을 지도하는 책임이 있다.
제3조 || 각 부처 장관, 정부 직속 기관 및 중앙정부 소속 기관의 원장, 각 시·도 인민위원회 의장 및 베트남 농업협동조합연맹 의장은 그 권한과 책임의 범위 내에서 본 조례를 시행하도록 조직한다.
제4조.- 본 조례는 발효일로부터 15일 후에 효력을 발생하며, 이전에 제정된 내용과 충돌하는 모든 규정은 폐지된다./.
