제 86호 1949년 8월 2일

국가 주석

베트남 민주공화국

1946년 5월 3일 제 57호 지시에 따라 각 부를 조직함;

1949년 6월 18일 제 50-SL 호 지시에 따라 국방부를 조직함;

국방부 장관의 건의에 따라;

정부 회의 결정에 의하여;

다음과 같이 지시한다.

조 1

이제부터 응우옌 탄 씨에게 국방부 부총리 직을 맡기게 함.

조 2

국방부 장관은 본 지시에 따라 시행함.
