SUPPLEMENT THE NAME AND CODE IN GROUP 4, ARTICLE 1 OF ANNEX 3 OF THE REGULATIONS ON ISSUING CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN FOR VIETNAMESE GOODS - MODEL D TO ENJOY BENEFITS UNDER THE "AGREEMENT ON THE GRANTING OF PREFERENTIAL TARIFF TREATMENTS WITH MUTUAL BENEFIT (CEPT) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASEAN FREE TRADE AREA" ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION NO. 1420/2004/QĐ-BTM OF THE MINISTER OF COMMERCE ON OCTOBER 4, 2004 AS FOLLOWS:

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
