Article 1. SUPPLEMENT THE NAME AND CODE IN GROUP 4, ARTICLE 1 OF ANNEX 3 OF THE REGULATIONS ON ISSUING CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN FOR VIETNAMESE GOODS - MODEL D TO ENJOY BENEFITS UNDER THE "AGREEMENT ON THE GRANTING OF PREFERENTIAL TARIFF TREATMENTS WITH MUTUAL BENEFIT (CEPT) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASEAN FREE TRADE AREA" ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION NO. 1420/2004/QĐ-BTM OF THE MINISTER OF COMMERCE ON OCTOBER 4, 2004 AS FOLLOWS:
1. BINH PHUOC INDUSTRIAL PARK MANAGEMENT BOARD, CODE 67
2. BO Y INTERNATIONAL BORDER GATE ECONOMIC ZONE MANAGEMENT BOARD, CODE 68
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE IMPORT-EXPORT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE’S ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
