THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 12th term, first session, concerning the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers of the 12th term;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Based on Decree No. 92/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2006 of the Government on the preparation, approval, and management of overall socio-economic development planning;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Consumer Industry and Food,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend Point 1.2, Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 36/2007/QĐ-BCN dated August 6, 2007 on approving the overall planning for the development of the leather and footwear industry until 2010, as follows:

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
