THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division.

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 19, 1996 of the Government on the management of animal feed;

Pursuant to Decision No. 323/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 7, 2005 of the Prime Minister extending the validity period of Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the management of export and import of goods during the period 2001-2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;

DECISION:

Article 1. The following are promulgated together with this Decision:

1. List of animal feed raw materials imported into Vietnam according to quality requirements.

2. List of animal feed and animal feed raw materials imported into Vietnam.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and ceases to be effective on April 30, 2006.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Animal Husbandry Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, individuals within the country, and foreign individuals engaged in the importation of animal feed and animal feed raw materials into Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
