On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the report number 5280/UBND-VX dated December 21, 2005 from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province and the dossier of cultural relics;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Article 1. Classification of national cultural relics;
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT Dinh Ngoc Dong TIEN PHONG COMMUNE, THUONG TIN DISTRICT, HA TAY PROVINCE
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the cultural relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic Dinh Ngoc Dong in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage within their respective duties and powers.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tay Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
