Regarding the classification of national monuments

 MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM 
Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly of the XIIth term on the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the XIIth term;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Considering Circular No. 2832/UBND-VX dated May 28, 2007 of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the dossier of the monument;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage,
DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:

Historical and architectural-artistic monument

Guangdong Guildhall, Hang Bum Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City

The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the historical and architectural-artistic monument Guangdong Guildhall within their functions and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hanoi City, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
