REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE REGULATIONS ON OPERATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 337/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 19, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Model Regulations on Operations of Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Office and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following are hereby issued together with this decision:
1. The Regulations on Operations of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
2. Models of Coordination Work Processing Forms, Work Resolution Processing Forms, Draft Legal Normative Documents Review Forms, and Reporting Forms.
Article 2. The Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, organizations, and individuals having business relations with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
The Director of the Office shall be responsible for assisting the Minister in supervising, urging, and inspecting the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from its publication in the Official Gazette.
The following documents shall cease to be effective from the date this Decision takes effect:
1. Decision No. 05/2004/QĐ-BVHTT dated February 2, 2004 of the Minister of Culture and Information promulgating the Regulations on Operations of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
2. Decision No. 1556/2006/QĐ-UBTDTT dated September 5, 2006 of the Chairman of the State Sports Committee promulgating the Regulations on Operations of the State Sports Committee;
3. Decision No. 206/QĐ-TCDL dated April 5, 2006 of the General Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism promulgating the Regulations on Operations of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism./.
