Article 1. The Regulation on cooperation in work between the Government and the Central Vietnam Association of Former Combatants is hereby issued together with this Resolution.
Article 2. This Resolution shall take effect from June 19, 2010.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Standing Committee of the Central Vietnam Association of Former Combatants, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities have the responsibility to implement this Resolution.
During the process of implementing this Resolution, the Government Office and the Standing Committee of the Central Vietnam Association of Former Combatants shall have the responsibility to propose the Government and the Central Vietnam Association of Former Combatants to consider amending and supplementing when necessary. former combatants Vietnam
