CIRCULAR
Issuing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Secondary Schools
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 16/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT OF MAY 5, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUING THE GENERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN'S TOYS; THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF UPPER SECONDARY EDUCATION; THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT;
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DECIDES
Article 1. TO ISSUE THE MINIMUM LIST OF TEACHING AIDS FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR;
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 4, 2010 AND REPLACE THE FOLLOWING DECISIONS:
- DECISION NO. 17/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT OF MAY 5, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE ISSUE OF THE MINIMUM LIST OF TEACHING AIDS FOR GRADE 10;
- DECISION NO. 15/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT OF MAY 8, 2007 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE ISSUE OF THE MINIMUM LIST OF TEACHING AIDS FOR GRADE 11;
- DECISION NO. 15/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT OF APRIL 10, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE ISSUE OF THE MINIMUM LIST OF TEACHING AIDS FOR GRADE 12;
ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CIRCULAR ARE ABOLISHED;
Article 3. BASED ON THE MINIMUM LIST OF TEACHING AIDS FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS ISSUED WITH THIS CIRCULAR, THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECTING THE PURCHASE, MANUFACTURE, COLLECTING, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF TEACHING AIDS FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS;
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE; THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN'S TOYS; THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND FINANCE; THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF UPPER SECONDARY EDUCATION; THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT; THE HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
