Circular No. 01/2010/TT-BNNPTNT Issuing the "Supplementary List of Breeds of Livestock Permitted for Production and Business"

This Circular specifies eight specific breeds of silkworms in detail in the attached Appendix.

This Circular takes effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.

Silkworm breeding facilities must produce and trade according to the list of eight specific breeds of silkworms stipulated in this Circular.

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Livestock Service, the Animal Health Service, the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Heads of relevant units and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

This Circular applies to silkworm breeding facilities and state management units such as the Livestock Service, the Animal Health Service, the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities.
