CIRCULAR
Issuing the "Supplementary List of Permitted Livestock Breeds for Production and Business"
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Animal Breed Law No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated November 24, 2009 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the supplementary list of permitted livestock breeds for production and business as follows:
Article 1Attached hereto is the "Supplementary List of Permitted Livestock Breeds for Production and Business" including: 08 silkworm breeds (Annex attached).
Article 2. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature.
Article 3The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Head of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, the Heads of units and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
