Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;
Pursuant to the Law on Radio Frequency dated November 23, 2009;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 50/2011/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 24, 2011 AMENDING THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology;

Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ATTACHES FOUR NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS AS FOLLOWS:
1. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON 5 GHZ BAND WIRELESS ACCESS EQUIPMENT
DESIGNATION: QCVN 65:2013/BTTTT
2. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON MOBILE W-CDMA FDD INFORMATION REPEATER EQUIPMENT
DESIGNATION: QCVN 66:2013/BTTTT
3. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON INMARSAT F77 GROUND STATION EQUIPMENT
DESIGNATION: QCVN 67:2013/BTTTT
4. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON EQUIPMENT IN AUTOMATIC IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (AIS) USED ON SHIPS
DESIGNATION: QCVN 68:2013/BTTTT
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 15, 2013.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF AGENCIES AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION BOARDS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
