Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2014/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2014 of the Government on the Ho Chi Minh Award, the State Award, and other awards for science and technology;
Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2008/ND-CP dated November 14, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
At the request of the Director of the National Science and Technology Development Fund and the Department Head of the Legal Affairs Department;
The Minister of Science and Technology issues this Circular on the Regulation of the Ta Quang Buu Award.
Article 1. This Circular annexes the Regulation of the Ta Quang Buu Award.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2015.
Decision No. 2635/QĐ-BKHCN dated August 26, 2013 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the issuance of the "Regulation of the Ta Quang Buu Award" shall cease to be enforced from the date this Circular takes effect.
Article 3. The Director of the National Research Development Fund, Heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
