CIRCULAR
Issuing Standards for Land Use for Construction of Cultural Facilities, Health Care Facilities, Educational and Training Facilities, and Sports Facilities
The Government issues this Decree on management and development of industrial clusters.
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the Director General of the Land Administration General Department and the Head of the Legal Department,
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to establish Standards for Land Use for Construction of Cultural Facilities, Health Care Facilities, Educational and Training Facilities, and Sports Facilities.
Article 1. Accompanying this Circular are the Standards for Land Use for Construction of Cultural Facilities, Health Care Facilities, Educational and Training Facilities, and Sports Facilities.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 30, 2017.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
