Issuing National Technical Regulations on
Fire Safety for Buildings and Structures
WHEREAS, Decree No. 81/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
At the request of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,
The Minister of Construction issues this Circular promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Fire Safety for Buildings and Structures, code number QCVN 06:2020/BXD.
Article 1. This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulation on Fire Safety for Buildings and Structures, code number QCVN 06:2020/BXD.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2020 and replaces Circular No. 07/2010/TT-BXD dated July 28, 2010 of the Ministry of Construction promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Fire Safety for Buildings and Structures, code number QCVN 06:2010/BXD.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
