Article 1. Amending and supplementing Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BTTTT dated May 14, 2020 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the List of Products and Goods with Potential to Cause Safety Hazards under the Management Responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications:
1. Replacing Appendix I on the List of Telecommunications and Information Technology Products and Goods that must be certified and declared compliant with technical regulations with Appendix I on the List of Telecommunications and Information Technology Products and Goods that must be certified and declared compliant with technical regulations attached hereto.
2. Replacing Appendix II on the List of Telecommunications and Information Technology Products and Goods that must be declared compliant with technical regulations with Appendix II on the List of Telecommunications and Information Technology Products and Goods that must be declared compliant with technical regulations attached hereto.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2021.

Note: The implementation of conformity declaration for products and goods listed in Appendix II for specific cases is as follows:
