Circular No. 01/2024/TT-BTP Abolishes Certain Circulars of the Minister of Justice Regarding Registration of Security Measures

CIRCULAR

Repeals ISSUING SOME CIRCULARS OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE ON REGISTRATION OF SECURITY INTERESTS

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 34/2016/NĐ-CP OF MAY 14, 2016 PROVIDING DETAILED GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 154/2020/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 31, 2020 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 34/2016/NĐ-CP OF MAY 14, 2016 PROVIDING DETAILED GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS;

Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2022, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 30, 2022 of the Government on registering security measures;

At the proposal of the Director of the National Registration Agency for Security Interests;

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO REPEAL SOME CIRCULARS OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE ON REGISTRATION OF SECURITY INTERESTS.

Article 1. Repeal all the circulars

Repeal all the following circulars:

1. CIRCULAR NO. 01/2019/TT-BTP OF JANUARY 17, 2019 OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE GUIDING CERTAIN CONTENTS ON REGISTRATION OF SECURITY INTERESTS BY AIRCRAFT AND VESSEL.

2. CIRCULAR NO. 07/2019/TT-BTP OF NOVEMBER 25, 2019 OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE GUIDING CERTAIN CONTENTS ON REGISTRATION OF MORTGAGE RIGHTS OVER LAND USE RIGHTS AND FIXED ASSETS ATTACHED TO LAND.

Article 2. Implementation clause

THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 1, 2024./.
