CIRCULAR
Issuing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Ethnic Minority Languages in General Education Institutions and Continuing Education Centers, Vocational Education and Training Centers

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2022/NĐ-CP dated October 24, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 of the Government stipulating the teaching and learning of ethnic minority languages in general education institutions and continuing education centers;
At the proposal of the Director of the Infrastructure Department and the Director of the Ethnic Education Department;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Ethnic Minority Languages in General Education Institutions and Continuing Education Centers, Vocational Education and Training Centers.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Ethnic Minority Languages in General Education Institutions and Continuing Education Centers, Vocational Education and Training Centers, including:
1. Common equipment list for ethnic minority language subjects (Annex I attached to this Circular).
2. Minimum teaching equipment list for the Bahnar Language subject (Annex II attached to this Circular).
3. Minimum teaching equipment list for the Cham Language subject (Annex III attached to this Circular).
4. Minimum teaching equipment list for the Ede Language subject (Annex IV attached to this Circular).
5. Minimum teaching equipment list for the Jarai Language subject (Annex V attached to this Circular).
6. Minimum teaching equipment list for the Khmer Language subject (Annex VI attached to this Circular).
7. Minimum teaching equipment list for the Mnong Language subject (Annex VII attached to this Circular).
8. Minimum teaching equipment list for the Mong Language subject (Annex VIII attached to this Circular).
9. Minimum teaching equipment list for the Thai Language subject (Annex IX attached to this Circular).
10. Based on the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Ethnic Minority Languages in General Education Institutions and Continuing Education Centers, Vocational Education and Training Centers, Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for directing the procurement, maintenance, and use of teaching equipment at general education institutions and continuing education centers, vocational education and training centers.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 25, 2025, and replaces Circular No. 37/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated December 2, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training on the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Ethnic Minority Languages in General Education Institutions.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Infrastructure Department, Ethnic Education Department, Primary Education Department, Secondary Education Department, Continuing Education Department, and other relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Departments of Education and Training; related organizations, individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
