Article 2. Implementation clause
1. THIS INSTRUCTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 15, 2025.
2. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE RADIO FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY’S ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS INSTRUCTION.
3. IN THE COURSE OF IMPLEMENTATION, IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE REQUESTED TO REPORT PROMPTLY TO THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (RADIO FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY) FOR GUIDANCE OR CONSIDERATION AND RESOLUTION./.
