Article 1. AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN CONTENTS OF ANNEXES 2, 10 AND 16 ISSUED TOINSTRUCTION NO. 08/2021/TT-BTTTT DATED OCTOBER 14, 2021 OF THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION REGULATING THE LIST OF RADIO EQUIPMENT EXEMPT FROM LICENSE FOR USE OF RADIO FREQUENCY, TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND OPERATIONS AS ANNEX I ISSUED TO THIS INSTRUCTION.
Article 2. Implementation clause
1. THIS INSTRUCTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 15, 2025.
2. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE RADIO FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY’S ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS INSTRUCTION.
3. IN THE COURSE OF IMPLEMENTATION, IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE REQUESTED TO REPORT PROMPTLY TO THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (RADIO FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY) FOR GUIDANCE OR CONSIDERATION AND RESOLUTION./.
