Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to the Notification of Agreement on Establishing State-Owned Enterprises No. 154/TB dated November 23, 1994, issued by the Government Office;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1164TC/QĐ/TCCB dated November 28, 1994, issued by the Ministry of Finance regarding the establishment of Ho Chi Minh City Insurance Company;
At the proposal of the Director of the Financial Management Department, the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation, and the Director of Ho Chi Minh City Insurance Company.

Article 1: |
Transfer House No. 26 Ton That Dam Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to Ho Chi Minh City Insurance Company for management and use in accordance with assigned tasks. |

Article 2: |
In accordance with the regulations of the State, the Directors of the Financial Management Department, the General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation, shall complete the procedures for transferring fixed assets. |

Article 3: |
This Decision takes effect from December 30, 1994. The Directors of the Financial Management Department, the General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Director of Ho Chi Minh City Insurance Company, and the Head of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
