DECISION
Regarding the issuance of a provisional undergraduate music teacher training program
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Circular No. 15/TTLB dated August 21, 1996 of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Culture and Information on cooperation in training and improving music and art teachers to serve aesthetic education for kindergarten and primary school students;
Based on the minutes of the review board meeting on June 10, 1999;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Teachers Department and the Director of the University Department;

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Undergraduate Music Teacher Training Program," which will be temporarily applied for the training of bachelor's degree music teachers at the Hanoi Conservatory and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory.
Article 2. This program will be implemented from the academic year 2000-2001. The Director of the Teachers Department shall be responsible for directing, guiding its implementation, organizing experience sharing, and revisions so that after the framework program for higher education is issued, the Hanoi Conservatory and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory can determine their official undergraduate music teacher training programs.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Teachers Department, Directors of the University Department, Heads of related units, Directors of the Hanoi Conservatory, and Directors of the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory are responsible for enforcing this decision./.
