THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS Decree No. 50-CP dated June 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises, and Decree No. 38-CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 50-CP;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the General Director of the Water Resources Consultancy Company I (memorandum No. 472-TTXH/TCCB-LĐ dated December 22, 2000) and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. - The Mechanical Repair Workshop under the Water Resources Consultancy Company I shall be renamed the Mechanical Workshop for Water Resources.
Article 2. - The Water Resources Consultancy Company I shall handle the procedures for obtaining a new seal for the Mechanical Workshop for Water Resources and shall be responsible for the obligations arising from its operations and commitments according to the law.
Article 3. - THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the General Director of the Water Resources Consultancy Company I, and the Heads of other relevant agencies and units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
