Regarding the removal of crude vegetable oil from the List of goods subject to state inspection for quality in import and export
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology);
Based on the proposal of the Ministry of Health at Official Letter No. 7901/YT-QLTP dated September 20, 2002;
Amend the provisions concerning vegetable oil products under groups 1507, 1508, 1509, 1511, and 1515 in Part 1.1 of the List of goods subject to state inspection for quality issued together with Decision No. 117/2000/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated January 26, 2000 of the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology) as follows: No state inspection for quality shall be conducted for imported crude vegetable oil.
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Director of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control and relevant state agencies shall organize, guide, and supervise the implementation of this Decision./.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Standards, Measurement, and Quality Control General Department and relevant state agencies shall organize, guide, and inspect the implementation of this Decision./.
