THE MINISTER MINISTRY OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;

Based on Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

Based on Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Based on Decree No. 139/2006/NĐ-CP dated November 20, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law and the Labor Code regarding vocational training;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Training.

Article 1. The Vocational College Regulations are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies having vocational colleges, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, Directors of the Office of the Ministry, Directors General of the General Department of Vocational Training, Principals of vocational colleges, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
