THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to Resolution No. 25/2006/NQ-CP dated October 9, 2006 of the Government promulgating the Action Program of the Government to implement the Resolution of the 10th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the National Assembly, Session XI on the Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2006-2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Action Program of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources to implement the Resolution of the 10th National Party Congress and Resolution No. 25/2006/NQ-CP dated October 9, 2006 of the Government on the development of the economy and society in the aquatic resources sector for 2006-2010 is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Heads of agencies, units, and organizations under the Ministry of Aquatic Resources; Chairmen of Management Councils, General Directors of State-owned Corporations, Directors of enterprises under the Ministry, and Directors of Departments of Aquatic Resources and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for state management of aquatic resources shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
