 MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM 
On the basis of Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly, Session XII on the structure and organization of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the XIIth term;
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Considering Circular No. 2832/UBND-VX dated May 28, 2007 of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the monument dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cultural Heritage Department,
DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:

ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT

PHUC KIEN COMMUNITY HOUSE

HANG BO WARD, HOAN KIEM DISTRICT, HANOI CITY 

The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the architectural art monument Phuc Kien Community House within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cultural Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hanoi City, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
