THE SECRETARY OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCIAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
