CIRCULAR
Repealing regulatory legal documents
MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
On the basis of Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents 2008;
Decree No. Decision No. 99/2007/NĐ-CP of June 13, 2007 of the Government on managing construction investment costs for projects;
Decree No. Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. Repeal the following regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications, the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications:
1. Decision No. 23/2005/QĐ-BBCVT dated July 29, 2005 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications on issuing basic construction norms for postal and telecommunications works;
2. Decision No. 10/2007/QĐ-BBCVT dated May 14, 2007 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications on issuing price lists for telephone machines and construction equipment for postal and telecommunications works;
3. Decision No. 18/2007/QĐ-BBCVT dated June 18, 2007 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications on issuing construction unit prices for specialized postal and telecommunications works;
4. Decision No. 05/2008/QĐ-BTTTT dated March 10, 2008 of the Minister of Information and Communications amending and supplementing the construction unit prices for specialized postal and telecommunications works issued together with Decision No. 18/2007/QĐ-BBCVT dated June 18, 2007 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 1, 2009.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Directors of the Planning and Finance Department, the Legal Affairs Department, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
