DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
On issuing Basic Construction Standards for the Posts and Telecommunications Industry
THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
In accordance with the opinions of the Ministry of Construction expressed in Circular No. 534/BXD-KTTC dated April 13, 2005 regarding the agreement on basic construction standards for the Posts and Telecommunications industry; Circular No. 1325/BXD-KTTC dated July 6, 2005 concerning the application of basic construction standards for the Posts and Telecommunications industry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Basic Construction Standards for the Posts and Telecommunications industry are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Basic Construction Standards for the Posts and Telecommunications industry issued together with this Decision shall serve as the basis for establishing unit prices for basic construction, preparing project estimates for specialized Posts and Telecommunications works.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department; relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
