CIRCULAR

ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR

URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTSTECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF URBAN AREAS

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. ISSUING THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION "URBAN TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS" WITH CODE QCVN 07:2010/BXD.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 1, 2010.

Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF MINISTRY-EQUIVALENT ORGANIZATIONS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
