PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Labor Code dated June 23, 1994; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Labor Code dated April 2, 2002; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Labor Code dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Social Insurance Law dated June 29, 2006;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending Clause 1 of Article 4 of Decision No. 87/2010/QĐ-TTg dated December 24, 2010 of the Government on lending to enterprises and workers belonging to the Vietnam Ship Industry Corporation and the Vietnam Maritime Corporation to pay off arrears in wages, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, severance pay, unemployment benefits, job creation, and vocational training as follows:
"1. This Decision shall take effect from January 10, 2011."
Article 2. Effective Date
This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
