CIRCULAR
TECHNICAL GUIDELINES AND ECONOMIC-TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS REPORTS
Pursuant to the Law on Environmental Protection dated June 23, 2014;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment:At the proposal of the Director General of the Environmental Administration, the Heads of the Planning Department, the Science and Technology Department, and the Legal Affairs Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on technical guidelines and economic-technical standards for the preparation of environmental status reports.
Article 1.Technical guidelines and economic-technical standards for the preparation of environmental status reports are hereby promulgated along with this Circular.Article 2.
This Circular takes effect from April 24, 2017. Article 3.
Provincial People's Committees; units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Departments of Natural Resources and Environment of provinces and centrally-run cities; organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular. Any difficulties or obstacles encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for appropriate amendments and supplements.
