Prescribing economic and technical norms as the basis for establishing social assistance service fees

Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2015/NĐ-CP dated February 14, 2015 of the Government on the mechanism of autonomy for public-service organizations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director of the Social Assistance Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular prescribing economic and technical norms as the basis for establishing social assistance service fees.

Article 1. This Circular annexes Economic and Technical Norms as the Basis for Establishing Social Assistance Service Fees.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 12, 2018.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, units under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Departments of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally-administered cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals should promptly report to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for consideration and resolution./.
