BIssuing the List of Technologies to Support Enterprises in Research,

 Transfer, and Application of High-Tech Agriculture

Pursuant to DecreeNo. Pursuant to Article 9 of Decree No. 95/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2017 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;onImplementing Decision No. 1203/QĐ-TTg dated September 18, 2018 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the action plan to implement Decree No. 57/2018/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2018 of the Government on mechanisms and policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas;

Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2018/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2018 of the Government on mechanisms and policies encouraging enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology for Industry and Engineering and the Director of the Legal Department;June 2024;The Minister of Science and Technology issues this Circular on the List of Technologies to Support Enterprises in Research, Transfer, and Application of High-Tech Agriculture.Deputy ministers of ministerial-level agencies, This Circular promulgates the List of Technologies to Support Enterprises in Research, Transfer, and Application of High-Tech Agriculture as prescribed in Article 9 of Decree No. 57/2018/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2018 of the Government on mechanisms and policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 57/2018/NĐ-CP)."b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."1. This Circular applies to enterprises receiving support which are enterprises established, registered, and operating in accordance with the Law on Enterprises and have projects as stipulated in Clause 3, 4, and 5 of Article 3 of Decree No. 57/2018/NĐ-CP.

2. Relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in implementing preferential policies and support as prescribed in Decree No. 57/2018/NĐ-CP.policies 1. This Circular takes effect from July 15, 2019.

2. During implementation, if there are any difficulties or emerging issues, organizations and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Science and Technology for guidance or research on amendments and supplements to ensure compliance.

Article 1. Scope of Regulation

The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and related organizations, individuals, and enterprises are responsible for enforcing this Circular./.

- The Prime Minister, Office of the Prime Minister;

- Ministries, Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Government Agencies;

Article 3. Effectiveness

- Supreme People's Court;

- Supreme People's Procuracy;
